Before joining AvanteNow, Aditya served as CEO and Chairman of QAAgility Technologies Private Limited, where he was responsible for growing the organization from scratch to more than 200 people and handling global sales, customer relationships and growing key accounts.Aditya was head of testing practice at NSE.IT (National Stock Exchange, IT), India’s and Asia’s largest stock exchange, where he was instrumental in setting up the Testing and QA practice. Before NSE.IT, Aditya worked with Larsen and Toubro Infotech (A Top 10 Nasscom IT organization) as a Head of Testing practice, where he setup the practice from scratch and grew it to more than 400. Aditya was involved in business development, Pre-Sales, employee engagement and innoviations during his tenure with this organization. Aditya consulted and served large financial conglomerates like Barclays Bank, ABN Amro, Citi Bank while establishing the testing practice.
Aditya has been a steering committee member of Agile Testing Alliance since 2013, where he is passionately driving a global community of more than 15000 QA, Agile and DevOps professionals. Aditya carries a passion for community driven conferences and has chaired and managed more than 10 global conferences. One of the most successful conferences that he runs is known as #ATAGTR (Global Testing Retreat). Aditya was responsible for building the global brand of ATA and Global Testing retreat
Aditya has co-authored two books on Selenium. Aditya has done his MBA Finance from UMASS Lowell, MA, USA and his engineering in Computer Science for MBM University, Jodhpur Rajasthan (Erstwhile MBM College of Engineering, Jodhpur)
Before joining AvanteNow, Hans-Werner served as Sales Manager DACH at Cybercom, being responsible for building and executing the growth strategy, as well as for acquiring new- and nurturing existing accounts.
He filled all his sales challenges in the DACH region within the last ten years with passion, always utilizing a value-based approach to customers and partners on projects of any size.As co-founder of the CODIAK® Project he worked on the design and architecture and defined the principles of the CODIAK® platform to provide a ServiceNow-ready CODIAK® Consulting Framework Automation, offering workflow-supported measurables (KPI) to CxO management, based on Cobit®, ITIL® and best-of best practice consulting.
Hans-Werner holds several certificates like DevOps Professional and RPA Designer and has proficiency in NextGen Security Services and GDPR to mitigate risks.
The AvanteNow portfolio is the ideal multiplier for Hans-Werner, whom customers and partners know as an enthusiastic salesman always going to deliver the maximum value possible.
Ole Christensen has since January 2021 held the position as Sales Head for the Nordic Region.
Before joining AvanteNow, Ole has had several positions within IT Sales. Latest he has worked as Senior Key Account Manager for NNIT successfully entering IT outsourcing agreement with a major Danish Pension Company.
Through his long career, Ole has worked within sales of all aspects of IT and Telecom – from standard software applications and hardware, through IT development projects, organization change projects and even large infrastructure projects within both IT and Telecom.
For 6 years Ole has worked as project manager in a larger Nordic finance institution. Further Ole has worked some years with development in the construction business.
Ole add to AvanteNow is a broad business experience and a good understanding of the sales process to large and mid-sized private and public companies.
Reshma Ramachandran has a rich experience of over 17 years+ and works as Talent Acquisition Head with AvanteNow & QAAgility since 2020. She is responsible of entire gamut of recruitment life cycle activities & ensured adherence to the process with involvement in Talent Identification, Manpower Planning, Talent Management, Offer Negotiation and On boarding, Driving end-to-end key focus in Human Resource Management, Volume Hiring &, Niche Skill

Worked on multiple domains like IT Software, BFSI, HealthCare IT, Ecommerce etc.
I understand the theory and practice of modern Recruitment Management and its complexities for building and sustaining an effective organization, having worked in areas like Talent Acquisition (IT, Non-IT, Sales, Product), Headhunting Mass hiring, Leadership Hiring, Vendor Management, Recruitment data analytics, Onboarding, Referral programs, Induction and Exit interviews, hence covering all the aspects of Talent Acquisition
Before joining Avantenow , Reshma worked as Recruitment Head with 9am Sourcing later known as StaffOnContract since 2008. It is just what its name signifies – the first job portal in the country devoted exclusively to those who want to work-or hire-on contract.
She was involved in complete IT Internal Recruitment Life Cycle (Requirement gathering – Sourcing – Screening- Shortlisting Profiles – Arranging Technical Interviews – Conducting HR interviews of selected candidates – Offer Negotiation – Rolling out Offers – Offer Follow-up – Candidate Joining).
Activities Involved was: Specialized in hiring Niche/Super niche Skills, Compensation Negotiation, offer processing, Independently do Market Intelligence/Talent Pool analysis, Understanding of the Demand Supply Mapping Process

Vignesh was appointed as the Sales Director for AvanteNow in February 2023.
With vivid experience in Sales and Marketing combined with a strong background in Digital Transformation, Vignesh has now taken up the challenge to scale AvanteNow in the ServiceNow domain. His whitepaper on ‘Digital Transformation for Medium Enterprises’ has been recognized by Niti Aayog and even nominated under the Innovative Digital Transformation category at the 10th Aegis Graham Bell Awards.
Having travelled to over 65 countries, and speaking 7 languages, he understands the global market landscape, the needs, and pain-points of businesses across industries to bridge them with innovative technological solutions. In the past he has consulted for brands on the likes of Disney, Victoria’s Secret, ESPN, Flipkart and more.
Originally from an Engineering background in education, Vignesh holds two MBAs from Top B-Schools of the world, one in Banking and Finance from EU Business School (#81 globally) and another in International Business from London Metropolitan University, while being top of the class academically in both. He is also an avid networker and a speaker at several forums and summits.
